TraxReport - 5 years of reporting the hits at country radio in Canada

The TraxReport team is excited to celebrate their 5th anniversary this April.

Started in April 2001 by Debbie Drummond when 20 stations agreed to send their data weekly, it has steadily grown into a comprehensive web-based service used by many different aspects of the industry. TraxReport has more stations reporting to the spins-based chart than any other in Canada (over 50, including all major markets). According to founder Drummond "I am gratified that my idea has blossomed into such a useful tool".

TraxReport is a comprehensive, subscription based, website that reports a weekly chart of the 100 songs getting the most spins on radio stations across Canada. They list this week's position, last week's position, song title, artist, label, number of spins reported (including spins per song per station), and weeks on the chart. Other features include the 5 songs that gained the most spins from the previous week ('Hotshots'), the song that had the most spins in its first week entering the database ('Headstarter'), the most added song ('Happenin'), a listing of new releases as reported by record companies, as well as a listing of the stations used to compile the chart. There is also PrepCan, radio prep with a Canadian slant.

To quote an enthusiastic subscriber - "Anyone who is not subscribing to TraxReport is missing out! TraxReport is the best indicator as to what is going on at Canadian country radio. If you are not a TraxReport subscriber, you should be."

TraxReport, at only $249 per year, is clearly the best and most affordable source for airplay analysis and artist information. Sign-up for a 2-week trial subscription at www.traxreport.com or contact traxreport@rogers.com.
